Founder Story
Meet Sheona Singh, Founder of NexGen
Throughout my career in accounting and finance, I’ve worked behind the scenes of businesses of every size. Along the way, I saw how the numbers connect, and how small gaps in the books can turn into big problems.
I also saw something that stayed with me. Many hardworking business owners, especially contractors and trades, run great businesses but spend nights and weekends buried in paperwork. They often aren’t sure which jobs are actually making money, or what their numbers are telling them.
That’s why I started NexGen. I believe every small business deserves the kind of financial guidance larger companies take for granted: clean books, clear numbers and a trusted advisor to call when a big decision comes up.
Today, I help Roseville families, small businesses and contractors take control of their finances with bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll and CFO support. As a CPA with an MBA and CCIFP certification, I bring deep expertise, but my approach is simple: be responsive, be transparent and treat every client’s business like it matters, because it does.
